Domande frequenti

Vengono cancellati l’account e tutti i contenuti (scalette, brani, regolazioni).

Dettagli nell’informativa privacy.

Attenzione: cancellare l’account non disdice l’abbonamento. Disdicilo prima dallo store (vedi sotto).

Come gestisco o disdico l’abbonamento Concerto?

iPhone / iPad

  1. Apri Impostazioni.
  2. Tocca il tuo nome in alto → Abbonamenti.
  3. Scegli Battuta → Annulla abbonamento.

Android

  1. Apri Google Play.
  2. Tocca l’icona del tuo profilo in alto a destra → Pagamenti e abbonamenti → Abbonamenti.
  3. Scegli Battuta → Annulla abbonamento.

Ho cambiato telefono: come ritrovo l’abbonamento?

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to sign up?

No. The metronome and tuner work without an account: your settings stay only on your phone.

An account (free, open sign-up) is needed to find your setlists and settings on several phones. The Gig subscription can also be activated without an account: if you create one later, the subscription follows you. Create it from the account menu → “Sign in or create an account”.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen tap “Forgot password?”, enter your account email and tap the link you receive (check the spam folder too). Choose a new password and you are in.

Remember: you sign in with your username, not your email.

How do I delete my account and data?

First, if you like, save a copy: account menu → “Download my data”.

Then in the app: account menu → “Delete my account” and confirm. Your account and all content (setlists, songs, settings) are deleted. This cannot be undone.

Can’t sign in? Email battuta.campoli@gmail.com from your account email, with your username: we will delete it for you.

Server backups expire automatically after 35 days. Details in the privacy policy.

Please note: deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in the store first (see below).

How does the 7-day free trial work?

Gig, monthly (€2.99) or yearly (€24.99), starts with 7 free days. If you don’t want to continue, cancel in the store at least 24 hours before the trial ends: you pay nothing. Otherwise, at the end of the 7 days you are charged for the chosen period and the subscription then renews automatically.

The trial can normally be used only once per store account.

How do I manage or cancel my Gig subscription?

The subscription is managed by Apple or GoogleAppleGoogle, so you cancel it in the store, at least 24 hours before renewal:

iPhone / iPad

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap your name at the top → Subscriptions.
  3. Choose Battuta → Cancel Subscription.

Android

  1. Open Google Play.
  2. Tap your profile icon at the top right → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  3. Choose Battuta → Cancel subscription.

Gig stays active until the end of the period already paid. You can request a refund from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play, or from us: for the 14-day right of withdrawal and the cases where a refund is due, see sections 4 and 5 of the Terms of Use.

I changed phone: how do I get my subscription back?

Sign in to the store with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase, open Battuta, tap the person icon → “Subscription…” → “Restore purchases”. If you had an account, your setlists come back when you sign in with your username.

Does it work offline on stage?

Yes. The metronome, tuner and already-loaded setlists work without internet. You just need to have opened the app once while online: your phone remembers you for 30 days. Changes made offline sync when the connection is back.

Tip: before the gig, open the setlist, check battery and volume, and turn on “Do Not Disturb” to avoid notifications mid-song.

Why does the app ask for the microphone?

Only for the tuner and for “detect tempo from music”. Sound is analysed on your phone: it is never recorded or sent to anyone. Without the permission, the metronome and setlists still work.

To turn it back on: iPhone → Settings → Battuta → Microphone; Android → Settings → Apps → Battuta → Permissions → Microphone.
